Until today, the Shipping Administration has received 10,000 requests to validate seafarers' documents, which are being gradually processed.

Verification of seafarers' documents itself is carried out via https://vrf.marad.gov.ua/.
Please note: New certification procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.01.2023 No. 1499 designates the Shipping Administration as the only institution responsible for drawing up and verification of documents.
