the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, programme subject area “Economics”, master’s degree in business economics.
Career:
2005-2019: PJSC “Kherson Shipyard” in Kherson;
2019-2020: Smart-Maritime Group LLC in Kherson, senior management position;
2020-2023: LLC Shipyard Ocean in Mykolaiv, General Director;
2023-2026: State Enterprise “Classification Society Ukrainian Register of Shipping”, General Director;
on 05 May 2026, Sergii Gurskyi was appointed the Head of the State Service for Maritime, Inland Waterway Transport and Shipping of Ukraine.
